Description: 1:29pm 2 crews from Chippenham and a crew from Calne attended a retail fire in Chippenham town centre today. The fire was caused by a discarded cigarette which required the use of small gear, a short extension ladder, a hose reel jet, and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish as well as ensuring the safety of the premises. This highlights the potential dangers of cigarettes discarded irresponsibly.
