Description: A crew from Mere Fire Station attended a chimney fire which started in a log burner. An Aerial Ladder Platform also attended from Salisbury to assist. Crews used Stirrup Pump, Rods, Chimney Kit, Thermal Imaging Camera and Aerial Ladder Platform to rod chimney from the roof. The roof void and neighbouring property were checked to ensure the fire had been extinguished.
