Description: Firefighters from Royal Wootton Bassett attended an address in Oakham Close in Toothill, Swindon. A bath tap had been left running in the flat above and caused flooding to the flat below. Fire crews isolated the source of the flooding, and the electricity supply, and assisted with salvage.
