Domestic Fire – Waterhay, Leigh, Swindon SN6 6QY, UK

Time: 2:08pm

Description: Dorset and Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service are currently in attendance at a large fire involving a domestic property, double garage, 3 private vehicles and an external heating oil tank. This is with assistance of Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Services with over-the-border appliances. There are currently 10 fire engines, 4 officers as well as support vehicles; this approximates to 50 firefighters. Crews are currently using 5 hose reel jets, 2 main lines, ladders, foam and an aerial ladder platform to extinguish the fire.
