Melksham firefighters will be running a taster evening for anyone interested in finding more about becoming an on-call firefighter. Their will be a chance to for people to experience wearing breathing apparatus, try the NFS fitness test (equipment carry) and chat to the station crew about the role of an on-call firefighter. If you would like to attend, please ensure you are dressed in sensible gym style clothing and footwear.
