Road safety education

DCIM100MEDIADJI_0025.JPG

One of the most important things that we do is educate people about the dangers on our roads.

As we can’t deliver our safety messages in schools due to social distancing, we’ve created interactive workbooks about road safety during and after the Covid-19 pandemic (KS3, KS4 & KS5)

Module 1: What is “Essential Travel” and why is it important? What would the impact of a road traffic collision in the current climate have on our emergency services and the wider community?

Module 2: What stress are “Drivers” under at the moment and how might this be affecting their behaviour? How can you help the drivers in your household to be as safe as possible in the car?

Module 3: What should you be aware of as “Pedestrians”? How can you navigate the roads safely whilst maintaining social distance? How can you ensure your personal safety when walking alone?

Module 4:  How can we stay safe on the roads on “2 Wheelers” whilst maintaining social distance?

If you have completed all 4 modules, Congratulations! Please email [email protected] with your title, surname and school. We will check our records to confirm you have completed all four quizzes and email you your personalised completion certificate 😊
