The Equality and Human Rights Commission have defined Equality as ‘ensuring that every individual has an equal opportunity to make the most of their lives and talents’, and as a service we promote this definition. We recognise that different groups have different needs whether that be members of our workforce or members of our communities, and we seek to address these through a tailored approach to our services.
