Stonewall diversity champion

We are members of the Stonewall Diversity Champions Programme, which demonstrates our commitment to working with Stonewall to improve our workplace for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender staff.

A number of our staff are Firepride Allies – individuals who¬†don’t identify themselves as LGBT but believe that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people should be free to be themselves and reach their full potential.

Allies have a critical role to play in creating inclusive environments. As well as being key to advancing fair treatment for LGBT people at work, home and in their communities, they are available to offer support to LGBT staff and volunteers.
