Public Sector Equality Duty

As a Service provider, it is important to consider how our actions can impact different groups in different ways, this ensures that our services meet the diverse needs of our service users. To undertake these assessments, we carry out People Impact Assessments which consider the positive and/or potential negative impacts on each of the protected characteristics as well as other non-legislative considerations which consider other vulnerabilities.
